Phil has been a consultant in marketing research and related disciplines for over 30 years. Over the past twenty years or so, Phil’s primary focus has been in the area of measuring stakeholder relationships, often assisting clients integrate these measures into corporate strategic management systems such as the Balanced Scorecard, value management and Six Sigma frameworks. He’s led numerous customer loyalty, employee commitment and corporate reputation measurement programs for clients in the financial services, communications, transportation, hi tech and manufacturing sectors.
Prior to joining Forum, Phil was the President & CEO of Elliott Research Corporation Ltd., one of Canada's longest established market research firms and thereafter, the Canadian President and Managing Director, International for one of the world's leading customer loyalty measurement and management firms. He is also a Past President of the Professional Marketing Research Society (now the MRIA).

Most recently he spoke at the Hong Kong Customer Service Consortium, the Hong Kong Productivity Council, the European Conference Board’s Performance Excellence Conference, the Conference Board of Canada’s Corporate Image Conference, the Council on the Management of Total Quality, IQPC’s Balanced Scorecard conference, the Institute for International Research Conference on Performance Measurement and the American Society for Quality Control (ASQC) annual conference. In addition, Phil has been a frequent contributor to client seminars, workshops and training programs.
