Michael Steeves
Manager, Call Centre

Before Michael joined the Forum team he worked as the Call Centre Manager for Concordia University’s fundraising campaign, where he learned the importance of treating every call with care. When it comes to managing the field work for Forum he is focused on delivering impeccable data to our clients, while maintaining a professional and hard-working team of interviewers. Michael’s motto for field work is that, ‘You never get a second chance to make a first impression,’ and this is why he ensures that every interviewer is equipped with the training, knowledge and skills necessary to conduct excellent field research. With an MA in English Literature, as well as a background in publishing, Michael has employed his wide-ranging skills in written and oral communication to guarantee the highest levels of precision in all aspects of Call Centre Management.

The call centre is the front porch for market research and customer satisfaction surveys so it’s very important we make each respondent feel welcome.
