Amethyst Award

One of our client teams, the College Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Team with the Ontario government, recently won the Amethyst award for establishing a performance measurement system that will make Ontario's community colleges the best in North America and even more valuable to Ontario's economy.

The KPI system provides critical information to students, the government and taxpayers about colleges and reveals where colleges are succeeding and where they need to focus more effort.

Above, the team leader, Ms. Karen Kerr, is shown at the award night. Standing next to Ms. Kerr, to the right, is the President of our firm, Dr. Lorne Bozinoff. Forum was the lead consultant on the project, conducting over 150,000 telephone surveys with a completion rate of over 70%.
